What is your return policy?

- We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Please contact our support team via email to initiate the return process.

Who pays for return shipping?
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You will need to arrange the return and bring the package to your preferred shipping courier.

When will I receive my refund?
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

What happens if my returned product is damaged?
- If we receive a damaged or used item, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please ensure your return is in its original condition.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
- No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
- At this time, we only offer refunds for returns. If you need a different size or product, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
- We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you ship internationally?
- At the moment, we only offer shipping within Australia.
