We pay the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered 100% free to your home. There is also no minimum order quantity. Therefore, delivery time may take a little longer than you are normally used to!

PROCESSING TIME:
Once an order is placed, we require 1 - 3 business days to process it. This includes packing your order and quality checking to ensure the goods match the size and are not defective.

During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend it may take a little longer.

SHIPPING TIME:
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. On average, shipping takes 3 - 5 business days.

Delayed orders

If your package arrives damaged, it is important to document the damage by taking detailed photos immediately. Afterward, contact our customer support team at support@ardor-sydney.com. Make sure to include your order number.
