Shipping and Tracking
How long does shipping take?
After placing your order, it will take 1–3 business days (monday-friday) to process. After processing, shipping typically takes 6–9 business days (monday-friday). Therefore, the total shipping time (including processing time of 1-3 working days) is between 7-12 businessdays (monday-friday).
Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be edited or cancelled within if they have not been processed yet. If you only placed your order a few hours ago, we might still be able to help you. We urge you to contact us as soon as possible: support@ardor-sydney.com In your email make sure to include: the reason for your change or cancellation, your full name, your order number.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, notify us immediately. To begin a return: take clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label, email us at support@ardor-sydney.com with your order number and photos and we will provide further instructions and arrange a replacement or refund.

You can return your order within 30 days, from the day of delivery
Who pays the return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. These are not reimbursed.
